When you have moved through hardship, systemic mistrust, complicated family relationships, or long periods of overwhelm, it can become difficult to feel connected to yourself.
You may feel emotionally flooded, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure how to trust your own inner knowing. You may be seeking a deeper understanding of your path, your purpose, and the patterns that keep repeating.
Somatic Wellness is a quiet, one hour session held in a calm office environment. It is designed for reflection, rest, spiritual exploration, and reconnection with your internal compass.
In 2021, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening that changed the way I understood my life, my work, and the energy I felt called to offer.
Wesomily is the name I give to this personal energy practice. It means we are all family. The work is informed by my spiritual understanding of soul journeys, personal meaning, connection, and the ways people may carry experiences across time and relationship.
This wellness offering has also been influenced by the work of Bradley Nelson, Dolores Cannon, and Brian Weiss. Each session is approached with care, consent, curiosity, and respect for your own beliefs and comfort.
During your session, you may choose to rest on a PEMF mat with eight settings. The mat is offered as an optional comfort based support intended to help create a calmer setting for reflection. While you rest, the session may include Wesomily energy work, intuitive exploration, guided reflection, and spiritual practices that support personal meaning making.
Experiences vary from person to person. Some describe feeling lighter, calmer, more spacious, or more connected to themselves after a session. No specific outcome is promised. Your comfort, pace, and beliefs shape the session.
Somatic Wellness is the energy work and spiritual wellness offering at Somatic Tones in Tillsonburg, Ontario. It brings together Reiki, sound healing, guided relaxation, and quiet intuitive reflection inside a single unhurried hour.
Energy work is a very old and very simple idea. A practitioner offers calm, focused attention with the hands resting on or just above the body while you rest fully clothed. Nothing is manipulated and nothing is forced. The intention is rest, stillness, and a chance for your own system to settle.
Sound is used in the same spirit. Singing bowls, chimes, and voice create steady tones that many people find easy to follow when thoughts are busy. Guided relaxation and mindfulness prompts are offered gently, and you are always free to ignore them and simply rest.
This is holistic wellness rather than health care. It is offered as a reflective and restorative experience, not as a treatment for any physical or mental health condition.
Sessions are held in a quiet room at 72 Vienna Road in Tillsonburg. Here is the shape a visit usually takes, so nothing is a surprise when you arrive.
You are welcomed into a calm, low lit room with soft seating and a treatment table. There is no waiting room bustle and no paperwork marathon. You are given a few minutes to put your things down and breathe.
We talk briefly about what drew you here and what you would like the hour to feel like. You choose how much or how little you share. You also choose whether you would like touch, hands above the body only, or no contact at all.
You rest fully clothed on the table or in a chair, whichever feels easier. Blankets are available, and you may choose the optional comfort mat. Lighting stays soft and the room stays quiet.
Energy work begins slowly, often at the head or feet, moving gently as it feels right. Sound may be woven through the hour, and a few words of guided relaxation may be offered. Long stretches are simply silent.
Some people feel warmth, tingling, waves of tiredness, or emotion moving through. Some drift close to sleep. Some notice very little at the time. Every one of these is a normal response and none is better than another.
The session ends slowly. There is quiet time to sit up, drink some water, and speak about anything that surfaced if you wish. You leave when you feel ready rather than on a stopwatch.
Individual experiences vary and no particular result is promised. The hour is shaped around your comfort and your pace.
People come to energy work in Oxford County for many different reasons. There is no single kind of person who belongs here.
Somatic Wellness is not a service for diagnosing or addressing medical or mental health conditions. If you are looking for clinical support, Somatic Tones Clinical Services are a separate area of practice provided by Natalie Daniel, RSSW, Psychotherapist.
A few things stay constant no matter what the hour holds.
You choose touch or no touch, sound or silence, eyes open or closed. You can pause or end the session at any point without explaining why.
Sessions are booked with space around them so the room stays calm. Phones are away and there is no rush at either end of the hour.
Whatever your spiritual or religious background, it is welcome as it is. Nothing is interpreted for you and nothing is imposed on you.
No two sessions look the same, even for the same person. The hour follows what you bring through the door that day.
Anything unfamiliar is explained simply. You never need to know the vocabulary of energy work to take part.
What you share stays between us. Nothing from your session is shared publicly or used in any promotional way.
If your question is not here, you are welcome to call or send a message before you book.
Wear whatever feels comfortable and easy to rest in. Most people choose soft, loose clothing and warm layers, since the room is quiet and the body often settles as the session goes on. You stay fully clothed for the entire session.
No experience is needed. Many people arrive having never tried Reiki, sound healing, or guided meditation before. Everything is explained in plain language as we go, and you are welcome to ask questions at any point.
People describe it differently. Some notice warmth, a gentle tingling, a sense of heaviness or floating, or simply deep rest. Others feel very little during the session and notice more afterward. All of these responses are normal, and nothing is expected of you.
A session is about one hour, held at the Somatic Tones office at 72 Vienna Road in Tillsonburg. There is time at the beginning to settle and time at the end to come back slowly, so you are never rushed out the door.
Yes. Sessions are shaped around what you are drawn to. Some people want mostly quiet energy work, others prefer sound and guided relaxation, and some ask for a mix. We decide together at the start of the session.
No. Somatic Wellness is a spiritual wellness offering, not a religious service, and it is not attached to any faith tradition. Your own beliefs are respected exactly as they are, and you are free to take what is meaningful and leave the rest.
The mat is an optional comfort support with eight settings that some people find helps them settle into stillness. It is entirely your choice. Many sessions happen without it.
If you are curious about energy work, looking for genuine quiet, or wanting space for personal reflection, this is a reasonable place to start. If you are unsure, call for a short conversation first and we can talk about whether Somatic Wellness or another Somatic Tones Wellness offering suits what you are looking for.
Somatic Tones Wellness offers several complementary experiences. Somatic Wellness is the offering for people, focused on Reiki, sound, guided relaxation, and spiritual reflection. Walking Realms is the offering for animals and their caregivers, including Animal Reiki, herd insight, aura images, and event wellness support.
You may choose a single service and never explore further, or you may combine offerings over time. Some people book Somatic Wellness for themselves and later ask about Animal Reiki for a horse or dog. Others move the other way around.
All Wellness Services are separate from Somatic Tones Clinical Services, which are provided by Natalie Daniel, RSSW, Psychotherapist and are described in their own area of the site.
If you already know Reiki, sound, and guided relaxation are what you are looking for, you can book a session directly. If you are unsure which Somatic Tones Wellness experience fits, send a short message or call and we can talk it through with no pressure to book.
