Support for the families carrying the most.
Parenting a child who struggles to regulate can leave you feeling deeply isolated and exhausted.
Whether you are navigating a foster, adoptive, or blended family structure, or you are simply two parents trying to stay connected while carrying chronic burnout, standard parenting advice may not be enough.
If you suspect your child may need assessment or additional mental health support, the road ahead can feel overwhelming. Attuned Walk is a specialized space designed to offer a true ally, a clinical guide, and a strong advocate.
You do not have to carry this weight alone. I walk alongside parents as they navigate complex mental health services, prepare for important school or clinical meetings, and work toward understanding professional reports and assessments. I collaborate with local community services to help families identify possible next steps and support suspected areas of need.
Practical support with a relational foundation.
My approach is informed by both professional learning and lived experience. I grew up in a blended family and later walked the path of fostering children myself.
Professionally, I draw from Circle of Security Parenting, Attachment Based Family Therapy, Trust Based Relational Intervention principles, trauma informed care, somatic awareness, and family centred support.
Together, we can decode complex behaviours, untangle what feels confusing, and create a home environment rooted in greater safety and connection. You will learn ways to anchor your own nervous system so you can move out of burnout and become a steadier, more connected presence for your child.
